Stay COVID-safe

Canberrans are asked to keep up to date on new exposure locations on the ACT COVID-19 website or through the Check In CBR app.

Restrictions have eased but your responsibility hasn’t. When out in the community, we ask Canberrans to:

  • follow the public health restrictions in place at businesses and in the community
  • wear a mask and wear it properly
  • maintain good hand hygiene
  • check in everywhere they go with the Check In CBR app, and
  • physical distance themselves from people outside of their household - at least 1.5 metres.

We remind Canberra to be vigilant for COVID-19 symptoms as get tested as soon as they start. Even if fully vaccinated, you can still contract COVID-19 and pass it on to others, especially those who are unvaccinated.
