How to stop the spread of COVID-19

Ask your support workers to wash their hands a lot and to stay away if they are sick.Wash your hands with soap and water.
Cover your cough and/or sneeze with a tissue and throw it in the bin.
Do not touch your face.
Stay home if you are sick.
Take 2 steps apart from other people.  
There are different types of face masks. Wear a face mask:
  • inside places that are not your home, or
  • when you cannot take 2 big steps away from other people.
Talk to your doctor about getting the COVID-19 vaccine. They will help you work out how to get the COVID-19 vaccine.Ask your doctor for a COVID-19 or flu vaccine.
You should get a COVID-19 test if you feel sick with fever, cough, sore throat, hard to breathe, loss of smell, loss of taste.Get tested if you have COVID-19 symptoms.
Symptoms can be:
  • a fever
  • a cough
  • a sore throat
  • chills or sweats
  • short breaths or it is hard to breathe
  • runny nose
  • if you cannot smell or taste anymore
