A COVID-19 kit should have:
- face masks
- surgical face masks
- N95 face masks or,
- P2 face masks
- disposable gloves
- cleaning products like
- household detergents and disinfectants
- hand soap
- hand sanitiser
- disinfectant wipes
- RATs (rapid antigen tests)
- medication for fever or sore throat like
- paracetamol (Panadol)
- ibuprofen (Nurofen)
- a thermometer to measure your temperature in case you have a fever
- enough of the medicines you usually take to last 2 weeks
- hydralyte or ice blocks
- enough food with easy to prepare meals
- the name and phone number of your doctor or medical help
- the name and phone number of someone who can safely bring you supplies you need
- activities to do like books to read or movies to watch.
