If you don’t have a smartphone or are unable to download the app, a friend or relative that has the app on their phone can check you in as a guest.
You can also ask the business to check you in using the app's business profile.
If you are unable to check in on public transport, please ensure that you have a registered MyWay card or keep good records of the services you have used.
Check In CBR cards are also available for people who do not have a smartphone or are unable to download and use the Check In CBR app. Information about applying for a Check In CBR card is available here.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
You can share and add your COVID-19 digital certificate on your Check In CBR app.
You add your certificate to your Check In CBR app through a secure verification process using your Express Plus Medicare App or Medicare online account through myGov on your device.
Proof of vaccination is not required for entry into businesses, venues and events in the ACT. But after a risk assessment some businesses may need proof of vaccination for Work Health and Safety requirements.
