11 October 2021

For the latest information on COVID-19 vaccinations, visit the ACT COVID-19 vaccine website.

We understand it’s not always easy or convenient to register and make an appointment for your vaccination.

To make things simpler, the AIS Arena will be offering walk in appointments for anyone aged 12 years and over between Monday 11 October and Sunday 31 October 2021 (no booking required).

All you need to do is show up.

Bring your Medicare card if you have one and some identification (ID).

If you’re attending for your:

  • first dose of Pfizer – walk in and the nurses from Canberra Health Services will get you sorted.
  • second dose of Pfizer – you’ll need to chat to the nurses to ensure the intervals between your Pfizer doses are adequate (at least 21 days) – then our nurses will get you sorted.

Please be considerate.

If you’ve made an appointment for your Pfizer vaccination elsewhere, cancel it.

If you’re unsure about getting a COVID-19 vaccination and have questions about what it means for you, speak to a GP or another trusted health professional.

Third doses for immunocompromised ACT residents are not yet available at ACT Government clinics.

Please book your vaccination appointment with your GP if you are eligible for a third dose.
