NSW Health has issued a public health alert about a confirmed case of COVID-19 from Melbourne that was in Jervis Bay, Goulburn, Hyams Beach and Vincentia while potentially infectious on 23 and 24 May.

The case visited a number of venues in Jervis Bay, Goulburn, Hyams Beach and Vincentia while potentially infectious.

ACT residents who were at any of the following locations at the times listed, are asked to contact ACT Health on (02) 5124 6209 (between 8am to 6pm), get tested and isolate until they receive further information from ACT Health.

  • Goulburn - Shell Coles Express Big Merino, 1/3 Sowerby Street: Monday 24 May, 10-11.30am.
  • Goulburn - Trapper’s Bakery, 4 Sowerby Street: Monday 24 May 10am -11.30am.
  • Hyams Beach - Cooked Goose Café (formerly Hyams Beach Café), 76 Cyrus Street: Sunday 23 May, 10am-12pm.
  • Jervis Bay - Green Patch campground, Booderee National Park, Village Bay Road: Sunday 23 May all day, Monday 24 May until 9am.
  • Vincentia - Coles Vincentia Shopping Village, 21 The Wool Road: Sunday 23 May, 12-1pm.

For anyone who has been in these areas recently, even the mildest of COVID-19 symptoms, get tested. Information on testing sites in the ACT is at: covid19.act.gov.au/testing
