There will be minimal impacts to health services in the ACT on National Day of Mourning (Thursday 22 September).
What’s open:
- COVID-19 clinic at the Garran Surge Centre is open from 8.30am to 5pm for anyone aged 1 and over who tests positive to COVID-19
- COVID-19 testing centre at Garran is open from 7.30am to 9pm
- COVID-19 drive through testing centre at Mitchell is open at reduced hours from 8am to 12 noon
- ACT COVID Care@Home phone line is open from 8am to 6pm
- ACT COVID-19 helpline is operating on public holiday hours from 9am to 5pm
- ACT COVID-19 outbreaks response team is available from 10am to 2pm
- National Coronavirus Helpline is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Walk-in Centres are open from 7.30am to 10pm for anyone aged 1 and over
- Canberra’s emergency departments at the Canberra Hospital and Calvary Public Hospital Bruce are open for emergencies
What’s closed:
- COVID-19 testing centres at Holt and Kambah are closed
- ACT COVID-19 vaccination booking line is closed
- Central Health Intake phone line is closed
- Access and Sensory and Weston Creek vaccination clinics are closed
- ACT Pathology collection centres are closed
