Travelling to and from other States

You should not travel if you are unwell.

While travelling, it is your responsibility to maintain physical distancing and practise good hygiene.

If you are an ACT resident and you choose to travel interstate, it is your responsibility to maintain physical distancing and practise good hygiene.

Adhere to the rules of the state you are travelling to. Check the rules for each state or territory.

If you are from interstate and choose to travel to the ACT, depending on your state’s rules, you may need to quarantine when you go home.

If you are driving to the ACT, keep your stops to a safe minimum.

You must follow current Public Health Emergency Directions in the ACT.

If you develop COVID-19 symptoms while in the ACT, get tested immediately.
